All prints are made to order — please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Rolled Prints

Standard paper prints

Applies to: lustre, matte, metallic paper, and fine-art cotton prints. Your print is carefully rolled and shipped in a heavy-duty archival tube with end caps.

  • Flat shipping fee per order
  • Typical transit: 3–7 business days
  • Tracking number provided at shipment
  • Ships worldwide

Rigid Prints

Mounted & framed prints

Applies to: metallic face mounts, wrapped canvas, aluminium face mounts, and acrylic face mounts. Each piece is packed in a custom-built wood and foam crate.

  • Size and weight based shipping fee
  • Typical transit: 5–10 business days
  • Tracking number provided at shipment
  • Ships worldwide

Returns Policy

Because every print is made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind orders.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, where warranted, offer a replacement print or store credit. Refunds are not available for made-to-order prints.

Lost in Transit

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or if your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
